Group Class Schedule

Pay Attention to the signs on the doors and doorways. Please remove your shoes and carry them to the coat check room.  Please do not wait in the coat check room.  If class is in session please wait quietly in the meditation room until the practice room door opens.

If Class in Session, the Practice room door will be closed; place belongings in Coat Check room and wait quietly in the Meditation Room.  
If running late, please come in quietly through the front entrance and join us discretely in practice - we don't mind late arrivals, please be respectful of one another's space.
 
Please remember to sign in on the sign in sheet on the desk each time you practice with us.  All payments can be made on website.
