Slow Flow Yoga
A Mild to Moderate Practice

A class featuring a series of stretching and strengthening movements which are blended in a sequence while using the breath to deepen and center your practice
This class uses movement and breath work to calm the mind enabling a deeper practice with some rhythm and flowing through poses. Great for most levels, however being able to move from the mat to standing easily is important.
