You will develop flexibility, strength, vitality, harmony and the rejuvenating feeling of a youthful body. This class is step up from our Gentle Yoga and a bridge for building flexibility and endurance towards Trinity's Blended and Shakti Yoga classes.
Learn the foundations of the reclined, sitting, kneeling, standing and balancing postures. Slower transitioning from one asana to the next.
