For the seasoned practitioner who wants to move
This class is an active Vinyasa flow which focuses on using the breath to create energy and warmth as we transition and flow from pose to pose. Well suited for the seasoned practitioner who wants to move, add some complex sequences, and expand their yoga practice. All movement will be mindful and integrate use of the breath and good form. Deeper backbends, hip opening, twists and forward bends will be a part of the practice. Moving from downward dog to lunges to other movements easily is needed.
